Due to the COVID-19 pandemic (and the shelter in place ordinance), we have scaled back our clinic workforce. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are still seeing patients, but this means that our front office staff will no longer be able to answer phones. We are also offering telehealth appointments through phone or video. To arrange a telehealth appointment, please fill out the form attached below and call your clinic to work out the details (e.g., the time of appointment and which service to use, like Facetime, Zoom, or Skype).
