ept Rehabilitation understands that insurance can be complicated. Many patients do not fully understand the full range of benefits and what is payable under their individual plan. We will work with you to help you understand your insurance coverage and make sure you have coverage for the services required.

We assure you that your account and billing matters will be handled in a quick and professional manner. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff about any concerns you may have with regard to physical therapy cost, billing procedures, insurance coverage and payment policies.

Our Payment Policy If you have verifiable insurance benefits for your therapy, we will file a claim directly with your insurance carrier; however, all copays are due at the time of each visit. Once your claim has been processed you will be billed for your co-insurance, deductible and/or any payments not made by your insurance carrier. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa or MasterCard.
